To ensure the highest quality embroidery, your submission MUST meet these requirements:

1. Write It Down: Have your loved one write the message or draw a simple design on plain, unlined WHITE paper.
2. Use a Thick Marker: The design must use a bold, thick pen or black marker. Fine lines, pencil, or shading cannot be digitized.
3. Keep it Simple: The message MUST be short (3-5 words max) and simple. We cannot digitize intricate drawings, detailed scenes, or overly complicated cursive/script.
4. Snap a Photo: Take a clear, well-lit photo of the writing/drawing with your phone. The image must not be blurry.
5. Upload: Upload the clear image using the required field below.

The price of your first ornament includes the initial design and digitization fee (the process of converting your image into an embroidery file).
