Refund policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, please contact us at ThatIndyCraftGirl@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with the return address once your request is approved.
Please note: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Custom & Personalized Items
All sales are final on custom or personalized items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been specifically made or modified for you. This includes items with custom colors, names, monograms, or any other personalization.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at ThatIndyCraftGirl@gmail.com with photos of the item and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.
