How long will it take to receive my order?

Because we're a small, independent shop, we operate on a "made-to-order" model. This means that every item is specially created for you after you place your order—we don't have a large inventory of apparel sitting on a shelf.

This allows us to offer unique designs and ensures a high-quality product.

Here’s a breakdown of the process and timeline:

1. Order Processing: We collect and place orders with our production partner 1-2 times per week. The time it takes to prepare your item for shipping depends on when your order is received.

2. Preparation Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be prepared and ready to ship. We'll send you an email notification as soon as it's on its way!

3. Shipping Time: This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your package to you, which is in addition to the preparation time. The exact delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
